To my pleasant surprise, it actually tasted good. I like that it's concentrated and you really get a lot of calcium and magnesium in every dose. I did find that after a couple of weeks it clumped on the bottom. Maybe I should have shaken it vigourously every day, instead of lightly.
Aside from Calcium, Trace Liquid Cal/Mag/Zinc + D3 is a complete combination of vitamins and trace minerals for better bone health. It tastes great to. I mix mine with covonut water or matcha latte. It's a more convenient way of taking calcium for those who hate taking big calcium tablets that are hard to swallow sometimes. Its also recommended for seniors who have problems swallowing.

The heavy particles can settle to the bottom. You may not realize it until you have used all the liquid. To prevent that from happening again, keep it upside down when it arrives, shaking it occasionally. After it’s opened, I store it in a different position each few days, and shake thoroughly. I prefer this to calcium tablets because it absorbs better and reduces my daily tablets by 4!

Great quality mineral blend, it has a good taste and the pharmaceutical form of the minerals is easily absorbed by the human body.
For those who prefer a liquid based calcium supplement, this is highly recommended. The mix ratio is one of the best. The flavour is probably a hit and miss with people. Either you love it, ok with it or you might be put off by it, in which case, then you might want to consider a pill based one instead. But this certainly is good to add to your milk or any other liquids or semi-solids like yoghurt which you are taking.
