this is a pretty good fiber supplement. It's safe, economical, and works as intended. Don't do too much soon, though. Start with half a teaspoon in 8 ounces of water, taken on an empty stomach. Over several days increase the dosage to one heaping teaspoon in 12 ounces of water. Within a few days regularity should be achieved. Thank goodness for Iherb! I believe that nutritional supplements saved my life. I've tried a lot of products, and I know what works and what doesn't. My reviews are honest, straighforward, and based on my experience. Quality product. Good ingredients that work well together. The taste is kind of a nothing so is plesant enough to consume. Just make sure to stir vigorously and drink with plenty of water. I used to use nothing but psyllium husk but was worried about toxins in the soil (lead/arsenic etc) so this is the perfect alternative.

ok i rarely write reviews but this is really great for your digestion, space it out into 3-5g per serving, few doses a day. don't chug 15g all at once or you'll be constipated. very mild taste (tastes like earth, but pleasant). tastes pure, so decent quality i suppose.
