These are excellent if you need more energy.My husband uses them just before rowing and he seems to have never ending energy. Not a bad liquid B complex shot. Very nice Acai taste. I only wish the B12 was in the form of methylcobalamin, not cyanocobalamin. Otherwise, in terms of energy.. well, if I compare it with pre-workout products it's pretty weak really, but otherwise it's not bad, refreshes you subtly
