Always consult a herbalist before taking any herbs, as they are powerful medicines and require expert advice. Excellent herbal root for a cold brew, i use it for my husbands kidney stones, and he drinks it like a tea, it has a taste sort of lemony, and has a lot of mucilage and is slimy, make sure to keep any of the tea in the fridge as it does smell quite quickly if left on the counter. many benefits, and is a quality ingredient in most teas. I love the size, it's perfect for us and our pantry. Mix it with other muccilaginous teas and you'll have a very nice cooling, soothing mixture.

I use this product to make tea every day as I find it helps with my IC symptoms. It’s perfect for the cold brew method I use since the roots are shredded. I used a different brand in the past, which had the roots in big chunks, and I didn't think that was as good as this.
Taking this to calm interstitial cystitis and it really helps calm down the urgency and pain in my bladder. Marshmallow root is amazing for calming down mucosal lining within the body, whether it be the stomach, bladder and throat. I brew this for 15-30 mins and have it hot or cold.
The Marshmallow root came in sealed in a mylar bag so that no moisture could infiltrate the herb which I really like. To keep the freshness in the jar I use food grade silica gel packets (I ripped the label trying to put it on the jar) The tea infusers do a good job in the glass tea kettle. The herb itself is good for supplying mucilage to the digestive system...I add a little bit of honey ...this is one of my go to teas every day. :)
First time trying marshmallow root. I couldn’t find any smaller packages so I went all in and bought this big bag and I’m so happy I did. I drink it twice a day now. It’s the first time that I took an herbal remedy and could actually feel a difference (for me it helped with lubrication of the throat, gut, lady parts). I love the earthy taste and thickness bordering on slimy lol. Will be purchasing again once I run out, but I’m happy that this big bag will last me a while!
I added this to my sleepy tea blend and I love it! The size of the package is quite big and would last you a long time. I love the taste of this. I don’t know what kind of benefits marshmallow root has but I love the taste. I’ve ordered several times from the brand and I love their quality.
This marshmallow root gets the job done. It is not the best marshmallow root I have worked with but I have no complaints. I mix it with nettle and make a long steeped infusion with cold water for my urogenital health and it works.
