Read some review that said it relieved post-carb anxiety or energy crashes, thought I should give it a try, as I find myself easily anxious and stressed after menopause. It did nothing. If I dare eat pasta for lunch, you'll find me in bed, totally useless after it. I also foolishly hoped it might slim me down a little, nope, that's a fat hope!
