This is a powerful formula for the entire body but mainly the kidney/adrenal system. It took around 12 weeks of continued use for me to feel better. I would just like to say this does NOT contain tortoise as the other reviewer mentioned. I think it is worth the money as Dragon Herbs seem meticulous in their herbal sourcing. This stuff does seem to give me a feeling of internal well being. It's not stimulating but there is a slight energizing lift. But it's more than that...it's a hard to describe building-up of the internal power and steadiness in the system. I break open a capsule or two into my morning butter coffee.

been taking for a week. it's not bad... no ill effects but i havent noticed anything really. maybe in more weeks i will? but at this price why should i keep waiting and praying...

Jing is definitely helping, it is subtle. I had to figure out when to take it because it will keep me awake at night if I take it in the morning. Also I'm a small person so 3 caps seems to be a good amount to take.
