The sustained release obviously works as no tummy upset even at 2000mg
I took a chance on these as I wanted 2000mg a day of Vitamin C but without taking multiple tablets of smaller doses throughout the day. Even at 2000mg I have had no tummy upsets after a week of taking them. I also wanted rose hip extract rather than citrus bioflavonoids and at 200mg these are higher than any other Vit C/RoseHip combination I have come across. The tablets are quite thick, but they are glazed, so I have no problem swallowing them.
