One of the few brands that has the potency I need. Its tough to find iodine supplements that have the concentration recommended by the likes of Dr Brownstein. People in the North of Japan get over 30mg per day in their diet and they are some of the longest lived on the planet. Now we can get close to that with a cost effective supplement if you want to emulate their intake without that access to seafood they have (which is naturally high in iodine). I will continue to reorder Terry Naturally on a regular basis. Very satisfied customer.
