I’ve been using these capsules for a while now, and overall I’m very satisfied with the quality and results. The capsules are easy to swallow, have no unpleasant taste or smell, and come well-packaged, which already gives a good first impression. After consistent use, I started to notice positive effects. My energy levels feel more stable throughout the day, and I generally feel better overall. What I really like is that the ingredients seem clean and well-dosed, without unnecessary fillers.

This is my second time reviewing Solgar B-Complex. And the difference in effectiveness is clear. With this new bottle, I feel noticeably more energetic, and the muscle pain in my hands when waking up has completely disappeared. The supplement is working very well for me, and I’m genuinely happy with the results. Despite the natural color variations, this is a solid and effective B-complex. Highly recommended.

Good quality vitamins with minerals and antioxidants. I like Solgar for good ingredients and composition. Big package. Gentle on my stomach, tastes good, size is not small, but I easily swallow it. I usually take it daily after the meal. The frequency is once a day. They have good effect, but too much vitamin C for me.
