Daily One Caps®, Without Iron, 180 Capsules

Twin lab has always been my go to for multivitamins. Ona a day caps is really enough to support your immune system on daily basis.

New cap very difficult to open for small or weak hands. Had to get a neighbor to help! Formula also appears different in color from what I’ve used for years.

Good levels of many nutrients. I take it daily and I feel like it really effects my energy levels. The pills are an easy to swallow size and leave no after taste. Far as I can tell they have high quality ingredients, but I do wish they still made the ones with iron in them.

Really happy with this product! The quality is consistently good, and the packaging is very convenient — easy to use and store. The size is also just right, especially for regular use or travel. Overall, it feels like a well-made product that delivers what it promises. Would definitely purchase again.

Easy to swallow. No smell!!! this is a big deal for me since i am super sensitive to smells. I am able to take this vitamin daily with no issue since it has no smell.

TwinLab daily one caps have been my vitamin for many years and I have always been pleased with it but it is best to take with food so as not to upset your stomach but this is with most vitamins. I have found it helps with my hair and nails and is a well rounded product of vitamins and minerals. The quality is very good, I have compared with other products and I have found this to be a good vitamin and mineral supplement including the ingredients for your health.

I’ve been taking Twinlab’s Daily One Caps for years because they’re one of the few multis that don’t upset my sensitive stomach—even without food. The without-iron formula is perfect for me (since my levels are normal), and I love that it includes activated B vitamins for better absorption. The capsules are a bit large, but I’ve gotten used to them, and they’re way easier than swallowing a handful of tablets like other brands. My bloodwork has been consistently great since switching to these—they’re the only multivitamin I trust for comprehensive nutrition without the nausea

Not expecting miracles from it, just additional nutrition to be at my very best. Love capsules, they are not to big, easy to swallow, package is great value for money. The taste is ok, capsule like any other, would recomment this product to everyone.

TwinLab Daily One caps are an excellent multi-vitamin-mineral supplement. I've been using them for over 25 years, and I and find them to be a wonderful way to maintain my general health. My colds and flus are rare now, and I can go several years without them. Daily One caps are strong, although the dosage of its ingredients is high, I wouldn't describe them as mega, just powerful, sufficient to aid in health maintenance, which needless to say also requires exercise, good eating habits and steering clear of recreational drugs and the like.
