Dose is tricky, you have to squirt cream size of a dime. Other than that no complaints this stuff works. Benefits you feel more energetic, and skin is proof its working internally as well. After a life long of estrogen dominance, perimenopause hit hard. I like the size of this one and please use a pea size, trust me, i ended up with cherry angiomaS after using a tsp. It does help with menopause symptoms but i am wary of applying it next to estrogen sensitive tissues. Follow instructions.
