I constantly had an urge to cough since I had a feeling something was scratching my throat. After 3 days of drinking one bag of this tea daily my cough is almost gone completely. Before it I would cough like every 10 minutes and now I cough about 3 to 5 times a day which is a great improvement for me.

If you don’t already love Yogi tea for their interesting concoctions, you will at least like the little quotes and motivational sayings you will see attached to the teabag. The taste is an acquired one however you can just add some more honey.

The ingredient list is always quite impressive with these teas. Many of the ingredients add sweetness, so it’s absolutely unnecessary to add sugar - but honey would add yet another health benefit for those with an extreme sweet tooth🦷😎
