I like it that it contains all main ingredients for bone health, however you need to take 4 per day, so the bottle will not last long

i like this because the ingredients include magnesium and vitamin D which is a perfect combination. The amount of the ingredient is also sufficient for me and especially for older people with bone issues and calcium deficiency 1000 mg cakcium, 800 IU vit D and 500 mg magnesiym. Good quality supplement, ok taste.

My hair and nails grew faster and stronger after taking this. The tablets might be too big to swallow for some people, though. To aid absorption, I take vitamin D3 and K2 supplements together with this. This is better than the carbonate formulation which causes me to bloat easily.

Love this combination of calcium citrate and malate. This one consists benefit of both forms.  But just curious why all calcium pills are huge in size no matter which brand.  Very hard to swallow. It would be better if the pill is in reasonable size.
