Solaray Bacopa is a standardised Ayurvedic supplement containing 100 mg of Bacopa monnieri leaf extract, standardised to 20% bacosides A and B — the plant's primary active compounds, among a broad spread of compounds. I'd say it helps, though not as obviously immediate as, say, Lithium. Trial it first, it may take longer, but its mechanisms are different, implying theoretical synergy. Good value for what it does, or purports. I'm going to stick with it.
