Betaine Hydrochloride, 600 mg, 90 Tablets

i have to take about 3 tablets of betaine HCL with pepsin to be able to digest my meal properly becsaue i have autoimmune atrophic gastritis - which means low acid the stomach and so my food can't be broken down and digested as it should be. I also need to take digestive enzymes . However because I take so many tablets the ratio of pepsin to betaine HCL is too much whcih is why this product is perfect for me as it does not add more pepesin. Beatine HCL is a godsend for people with problems like mine - there is nothing else that can make the stomach as acidic as it needs to be.my symptoms have greatly reduced .

The size of the tablets is average, I wash it down with water before meals. According to the dosage, you need to drink 1, but sometimes I drink 2, it’s more beneficial. The tablets taste sour, it is better to swallow them as soon as possible. I was quite satisfied with the quality and the ingredients too. After using it, I no longer have bloating in the evenings, which used to be common since I started eating more fiber.

Works well in combating my heartburn. Through trial and error, I take 3 pills before eating and I have no symptoms of heartburn after eating. Will always be a staple in my house. Excellent for celiac disease and other autoimmune issues. I am taking this product with a protein meal to aid in the digestion of the protein. It has worked as my doctor suggested. I did not like this product. I did not like the taste. It made my stomach hurt. However, I was very glad to be able to try this so I could rule it out. Everyone is different so different things will work for different people. I am taking another supplement for digestion that has this same ingredient but at a much lower dose. I thought this product was high quality even if it did not work for me.

My husband can not be without this. It helps with this acid reflux and heart burn. He doesn’t even know the name of this product he just calls it his heart burn meds.
