I have a horrible immune system and one of the things I’m recently struggling with is bladder infections. For a while there it seemed like I would get one every month! I was taking another brand that had cranberry and vitamin C and wasn’t too happy with it so I thought I’d try these. Seems to do the trick. I haven’t had a bladder infection in several months.
I take this as I am concerned about my urinary tract infection. So far, it has helped to improve but I do observe other preventive measures as well. What I like is that it also contains other ingredients like vitamin c so I don’t have to buy separately. I like the quality of the Ester-C as it is gentle only stomach which is prone to gastric. Overall, I am happy with this supplement.
