The only Alpha Lipoic Acid, I take it is fantastic. I have been taking it for decades. Literally, I have a bottle that is in a glass jar. That is how long I have been taking it for highly recommend this product. The sustain allows it to release as the day goes on buy it you’ll like it. It has an easy to swallow tablet.
