Used for memory enhancement, brain cell protection . It's used for ADHD, Alzheimer's, and as a nootropic. I used it for slow thought processing. It took about 6 weeks before I noticed my thought process was improved, still slower than I would like, but better. Source naturals site had good info on it and research seems to back up its value to brain health.
