Life Force®, Green Multiple, 180 Tablets

This is a quality multi-vitamin. I have used it personally and was not super impressed with this product but my mother has found this to be the best multi-vitamin till date. It helped her clear up some fungus related issues and she feels more energetic while using this particular product. In general, one can rely on Source Natural products, being very potent and relatively superior quality. I continue to purchase this for mother on a regular basis. I am off multi-vitamins for a break and will probably start using Life Force Green Multi again very soon. Keep up the good work.

It's true that the research on multivitamin benefits are mixed. But if you're going to take one then it's worth going for one like this that uses higher quality versions of vitamins and minerals and has a lot of natural ingredients. Particularly like the trans- resveratrol, Bromelain, Turmeric, N-Acetyl Cysteine, Astaxanthin and Sea Greens and Grasses. Even at smaller dosages these are beneficial and there's so much in these tablets. 3 a day seems a bit overkill. Would think 1 or 2 enough for most people.

This has loads of green foods added which is what I want, rather than just a regular type of multi-vit. Take note there's a smell & it's quite big a tablet but still easy to swallow. It was out of stock for quite a while & quickly grabbed a bottle when it was restocked.

Been taking it for months, a great all-in-one daily supplement for vitamins and even super good. Not much needed apart from these 3 pills a day (except maybe to make them smaller as they're quite big). Quality is amazing, diversity of ingredients and very efficient at powering through the day and lack of sleep days.

I have been using it for many years. In my opinion, it is a dietary supplement made with natural ingredients. It has high quality and I am recharged with energy after daily use, it is also an antioxidant.

excellent combination of vitamins ,minerals and plant and herbal extracts, the only thing i did not like is very less selenium added, therefore i am taking selenium separatley
