This is by far the best multi, given the fact I was a fan of Universal nutrition.I am on the second bottle and frankly said I feel no more pain in my elbows, nor in my neck.I take 6 pills at once.I know it might be cost effective to half the dose, but believe me the real use I saw is when I was taking the full dose.Fan forever from now on.

i’ve been using controlled labs for almost a decade now and looking at the list of ingredients, its obvious why, it contains everything and more a hard bodied athlete could ever need, including joint and movement complex needed when you’re maxing out 160kg squats constantly, the size of the capsules and composition make it so easy to take all 6 recommended doses in one go and the effects are felt within 30 mins to an hour giving you energy for the rest of the day, its just perfect!

Absolutely love it! When I started taking it long-term (more than a year) I noticed that when I became sick I did so for much lesser periods of time. I only take 4 daily tablets out of the 6 recommended and it gives me enough energy for the day. I don’t have to drink coffee anymore and it keeps me healthy. I remember one time everyone had this bad cold at home and I was the only one that didn’t get it. It really boosts your immune system. Great content guys, now don’t ruin it !

This is one of the best muti's out there for strength training athletes. It contains vitamins, minerals, joint support. All the things an athlete needs. I half dose daily and the bottle lasts me for months. It was shipped quickly and arrived as promised. The product was dated and fresh.

Some ingredients are way too much dosed which might lead to some illnesses (that‘s what I‘ve been tole) but other than that it is actually imo the second best Multivitamin. My health and focus ability improved insane after taking it like actually feelable which surprised me. Only one I would buy instead that‘s like the pinnacle of multivitamins would be those of thorne but keep in mind they are like twice as expensive
