I love this product. It helps me sleep, helps with muscle aches, is great for migraines and headaches, and also helps when I’m in a bad mood or stressed out. This is a great product because it contains minerals in addition to magnesium and it tastes amazing. The only downside is that sometimes the fizz overflows my cup.

I love this one because it has no calcium. Once I learned that you have too much calcium in your blood as it is and you cause plaque on your arteries. I love this one because it's just magnesium. I take one scoop each night before bed. And to have the effects work even better have some D3 to go with it right after your last meal. You feel super calm super complete and get a good night's sleep. Also it's taste is really good.
