I love the natural factors brand my only issue is with this vitamin C, is a tablet and I have a very hard time swallowing tablets I do like that it’s 500 mg and if you start to feel sick, you can take 500 mg every hour for eight hours and see if it keeps you from getting a full blown out cold if you can take tablets then no problem I feel it’s a very high quality vitamin C and the price is reasonable no taste
