These have a great taste and high potency at 500 mg per tablet. I prefer the larger package size because it's a better value. It's easy on the stomach, the acidity is reasonable , and the good quality ingredients have antioxidant properties . It is effective for immunity support and has bioflavonoids as an added plus.

vitamin c is a must have at home, especially in the winter month's. it's great for children because they are chewable and most children can swallow the ones that aren't. loved them.

while not as common as the other flavors I got as a kid these were one of the few items I like that had any mango flavor whatsoever as it was and still is never too strong or dominating. this as mentioned before is currently the only vitamin C supplement I can tolerate without severe stomach side effects including GERD. turns out through research some of the ingredients in this brand stabilizes mast cells which I do have a problem with which alongside the chewable form explains why I absorb this product the best as well as tolerate this product the best. I love all the flavors but this, tropical fruit and mixed berry are my favorite flavors. please do not discontinue this product.
