Large size it lasted quite awhile since i drink onle once a day. i combined the whole range as suggested by bioray by their original website so the products can work better. I have been taking for a few months and this is my 2nd purchase. Overall, i can see improvement in my energy level and i can focus better at work now. minus one star for the alcohol, i add in hot water to evaporate the alcohol content but there is always residue.
