Liver Health Formula, 60 Vegetarian Capsules

I was diagnosed with fatty liver nearly two years ago. I started taking milk thistle but it wasn't as effective as I would like. So I made a research and discovered this supplement on iherb. I went for my checkup after 4 months of taking this liver health formula. And my liver is very healthy. I no longer have fatty liver again. My doctor was very pleased with my swift recovery. I still eat my normal meals but in smaller proportion and add more healthy options to the mix.

So far so good. I've been wary of milk thistle, because I'm allergic to mugwort and ragweed and milk thistle can crossreact. No reaction from the ingredient in this product and we're having a bad mugwort season where I am. I take it because we have a family history of gallbladder issues and mine seems to have been acting up lately. Plus I need the liver support, because it gets sluggish in perimenopause and I need the alpha lipoic acid to help with neuropathic pain. The formulation is very convenient for me and I have low blood pressure, so the sodium and licorice extract are fine for me. Do not take if you have high blood pressure. I wish the size of the bottle was bigger so I could purchase more than 60 at a time though, now I'm forced to halve the daily dosage.
