I had a deficit of copper and now have been taking this supplement for 2 weeks. Copper is involved in red blood cell production and is necessary for absorption and utilisation of iron. I take 1 table spoon once a day after breakfast with 100ml of water. 4 stars for disgusting taste, but I understand that it's a medicine. Hope this comment was helpful for you. Stay healthy ☺️
I think this is the best way to get copper into your system. It goes into my first morning drink along with ocean minerals and Humic & Fulvic acid. With these minerals, you will feel strong again, and I am 72 and feel good now.
I bought this for my skin and grey hair. It helps tighten and firms my skin and I see little to no grey hair. Although I don't take it daily, I am surprised the impact the little I have taken have done for both my skin and hair.
Ionic really is super easily digested by the body. When I read that the more zinc one takes (like during flu season), the more it can deplete the body from copper, I decided to purchase this to balance that deficiency out. I hope we are reaping the benefits of it, but it is hard to tell as we don't take this as a consistent supplement.
To me it doesn’t really have a taste, I take it with water. No stomach issues as it’s gentle. Take it with zinc (copper during the day, zinc at night)
Copper is super necessary alongside vitamin C for iron absorption; most people who are anemic are also copper deficient. I take copper with zinc as the zinc can deplete copper
