Eye Factors® with Lutein, 90 Capsules

My eyes feel much better since taking one of these twice a day. No more aching and eyestrain. My eye specialist says I am borderline for glaucoma (high eye pressure). The recommended amount of lutein for eye protection is 6 mg and up to 10mg. Taking two of these in a day gives me 4mg and the remainder I can get from the healthy foods I eat. Though the dose of lutein might seem lower than other products (per capsule), it provides a really good balance of eye supporting ingredients - these are good value - just increase dosage by having two or three per day as needed. It contains a good amount of anthocyanidins from different berries (30 mg from 2 tabs) and the Bilberry concentrate likely provides more. Anthocyanidins have powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits for the eye and especially the retina. Bilberry/Lutein products don't usually also contain eyebright like this one which is a great plus (helpful for eyestrain, general eye inflammation and promoting general eye health and resistance to infection). Also added in this formula which you don't often see is Rutin (a hugely helpful bioflavonoid for the health of eye capillaries) as well as Quercetin, a powerful antioxidant to protect the health of the retina. The quality is good but the size is just right. The effects are good for overall eye health. It has a lot of benefits and taste is okay. May help with inflammation and improvement of vision especially being in the computer for hours. No issues with the package. Quite helpful
