I also tried 500mg Niacin, but it turned my father scary red, turned my mom itchy and it made me dizzy. I also tried a bigger dose of No flush Niacin but it made me dizzy and gave me a headache. This one just makes me pink, without side effects. PS: it is extremely important to stay away from alcohol, spices and vitamin C, the day you take Niacin, better yet avoid any other supplements.
