So I have figured out that I put the tea bag in the kettle as it starts to boil I immediately turn off heat and pour it in a cup this has helped keep the peppermint flavor in the tea. Otherwise once it starts to boil the peppermint flavor is significantly reduced. Also I use honey with these makes it taste amazing.
This is the best peppermint tea out there. If you are looking for a tea with strong mint flavor and scent, this is it! I’ve tried so many in my life and none have been able to compete with this one. I’ve bought it more than 10 times. Too bad they don’t have Stash in Europe, but luckily iHerb delivers here. It’s also caffeine free which is a huge bonus for me. Per my last order it seems like they changed the packaging (as you can see in the picture) and I hope they didn’t change the formula as well. Again, for peppermint lovers, this is the tea for you!
I like to use herbal teas that help with digestion and bloating without consuming too much caffeine. When I found out that peppermint helps with these issues, I jumped on it, as I've always loved the taste of peppermint growing up. It's a very comfortable feeling to get cozy with a cup of tea that smells and tastes like my adolescence.
packages have shown up early. works well. smaller casuals are a good size, making them easier to throw back in the morning they don't sit in the throat long enough to taste the ingredients. good quality, yet to have a busted capsule. good size container with cotton wadding. I can see the effects daily through my weight loss and increase of energy

Peppermint tea is great for when i have an upset stomach. Stash is a good quality brand, the tea comes in a nice package, tastes fresh and didn't disappoint.
Quality ingredients. Great for digestion and de-bloating benefits. I’m addicted to it and use it every night. It tastes so good. I do wish they had a larger size but I always buy doubles hehe. Great for evening since it is caffeine free! I will continue to buy.
