My stomach can not break down and store in my body any vitaim B12 I have a blocker. So I decided to try these. Only been at it for nearly one month. If this works I will get test in 2 more months and fingers crossed I do not have to have the injections.
This Melts so fast. The pills are tiny but I can feel that steadiness of Mind and a calmer Nervous system that I need the supplement for. I also don't have any foot nerve pain that I was concerned about when taking high doses of Methyl B12. At 1000 mcg these tabs are a great value for me and I trust the Quality and Purity of this product!
These are tiny, have little flavor and dissolve quickly under the tongue. I like that they have very few ingredients and don't contain gelatin, fillers, etc. **NOTE: These tablets do contain lactose.** These were effective in bringing up my B12 levels. My MD wanted me to supplement or get B12 shots. After reading about types of B12 and product reviews, I purchased this item. I used it daily for a few months to increase my B12 levels, and then was able switch to fewer doses per week. I've been using this product for over a year.
