Tastes great and mixes super easily with just a spoon in a cup of water. Only 2g of sugar per scoop and it honestly feels like a really high-quality product.
ON is my go to for protein powder. Great texture, not chalky at all. Great protein source, it’s 24g of protein which I like. It also has pretty good mix-ability, I do find sometimes in my protein shaker it does clump together sometimes, but I mix it in with a milk frother and that works real well. I can’t say too much about the actual taste, but this one is not overly sweet. I’ll likely just get a plain flavour like vanilla next time though. I use this one in protein shakes, as well as fruit smoothies and they both taste good.

I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey for a while now, and the Cookies & Cream flavor is by far my favorite. It mixes well, is easy on the stomach, and keeps me full after workouts. I am a nighttime refluxer with LPR this has helped me a lot to combat the condition, I have realized that a single tablet or even half is the sweet spot, 2 as instructed usually cause more issues, I think it's because of the stomach being too full and that creates opportunity for the LES to relax. So if you are a nighttime refluxer, take that into account, overall great product.
packages have shown up early. works well. smaller casuals are a good size, making them easier to throw back in the morning they don't sit in the throat long enough to taste the ingredients. good quality, yet to have a busted capsule. good size container with cotton wadding. I can see the effects daily through my weight loss and increase of energy
