Optimum Nutrition Gold has a huge name and this huge pack proves it. It is just not name, it delivers what it promises. It has great taste. The protein concentration is nice and its absorption is great. The BCAA's that come with it help even more on the post workout recovery and you don't need to buy bcaa separately . It is a really good whey protein, depending on its price, you don't even have to bother looking at other brands. BTW Check the expiration dates when buying huge amounts!

I ordered this not knowing what rocky road would taste like, but I took a chance after reading it's sort of like cookies and cream. The taste is far from that, but still it isn't so bad. Not a strong flavor so you could mix it with other things too. If you like the double chocolate and hesitant about ordering this, stick to the chocolate
