This was actually an oopsie as I usually buy the Jarrow phosphatildylserine in the gelcaps. I now have re-ordered the gelcaps but my healthcare provider said this was fine so I’m going to finish it. I have brain fog from MS & this helps me think more clearly. I take it long term.
