I bought these capsules for my husband for precautionary measures as cancer runs in his family. He has been very pleased with taking these for a few years now and not had any cancer. This was not a commercial, it was a broadcast news report. I immediately researched for this product and when I found this brand on I-Herb it was a must have! We both have been taking these capsules ever since that time. The capsules are very small and easy to swallow. This product was recommended to me by a peer and it seems to be holding up to its rep but I am taking so many anti-cancer supplements it's hard to tell which one I could do without so I stick with them all. Great price and they last a long time; but I am taking 4 a day rather than 2 or 3.

I have been taking the powder form and have recently tried the capsules. They are very small so i take 3 a day (as recommended on the bottle). Black raspberry has had great reviews online as a superfood. I like this company's product as it has no fillers etc.

These small capsules of pure black raspberry were an impulse buy as I normally purchase the large jar (more economical). The black raspberry is absolutely delicious. It is a rarer berry (compared to blackberry etc). I have used it in drinks/smoothies, baked into muffins etc, but also good on its own mixed into a glass of cold water. Recently I've been sprinkling onto pancakes, and adding it to cream, pink cream! It even looks pretty mixed with icing sugar. One of my favourites.
