I use this Ale Vera Gel interior for detox you body with Chia seeds at 9:00PM (1table spoon of chia seeds put in the jar with 100,0 of water for 3-4 our,at 9:00 I add 1 table spoon of Aloe Vera Gel. For beauty skin I add 1 tea spoon of Aloe Gel in home made masks ,good moisturizing,antiinflamatories and for my redness skin it"s very good. For body hidratation and anticelulitic effect I mix 1part of Olive oil and 1 part of Aloe vera gel...EXCELLENT MOISTURIZING Mix!!! Have i nice health !!!

I bought it to use for my hair. I read somewhere it's great as a spray for hair growth. For that it does work. For gut health, I am not sure. My boyfriend drinks it and ordered a big bottle after this was gone. I dont think he's complained of heartburn since 2 weeks in of drinking it. So maybe it actually is good for that. The taste is drab and bland like a flavorless Gatorade or something but it's not intolerable

I use aloe vera gel for making my own face creams, and I thought that a food-grade aloe would be good on my skin too. However, the name of this "gel" is quite misleading as it's very much like a juice. It might be great for consumption but not good as a cream in my opinion.
