Milk Thistle, Support the Liver, 240 Veg Caps (600 mg per Cap)

I'm doing a liver cleanse. I take this with non-GMO lecithin granules since it's now impossible to find GMO-fee PC and lecithin is high in PC, because I read that's how one is supposed to take milk thistle. I take it with the liver detox tea. This is improving my health. I'm taking a few more things like liquid chlorophyll. The detox is gentle, no side effects like with a candida detox, however I've not been able to sleep much more than 4 hrs every other night for 2 weeks but the migraines and vomiting are gone. I also take green tea. I'm still not sure if this is the right milk thistle or if standardized is more effective but this is the one that is organic.

I bought this supplement to help with liver support and I heard milk thistle is great for detox. The pill size is fine for me and the quality of the ingredients is perfect as with all the products from this brand. Taste is neutral and I also heard it benefits the flow of the bile. I am so happy I found it and I will continue using it!

I was expected much more from the supplement. I take it for the last 2 months, and obviously I don’t see any difference. I read reviews and anticipated good results, but nothing changed related to the product. It might not work at all for me , or it could be just “placebo “ supplements. I will not buy such products again.

Wow.. This product is soo frikkin good. In my wife's first pregnancy she had severe itching due to the liver. In her second pregnancy I started giving a few caps earlier in the term and the full dose once a little itching started. Lo and Behold, the itching never came back. This is NOT MEDICAL ADVICE though.
