S.O.D. is a valuable antioxidant for aging and for persons with skin that is hyper-sensitive to the sun. I've previously used a gluten free and vegan form of S.O.D. that is no longer produced. I wasn't sure if this would bother my stomach, but I think it's ok--and much cheaper than the other formulation.
It's too soon to say if it's giving any great benefits health or skin wise but I've noticed more vivid dreams when I started taking this. Is it just me? I'll definitely keep taking it for a few more months to see if it's worth being part of my life-long regimen.

It is an affordable SOD in iherb. The tablet size is large, so I cut it in half for easy swallow.
I’ve been using this SOD supplement for a few weeks. The ingredient list is clean and the capsules are easy to swallow. The dosage is straightforward and the bottle size is convenient. I do feel a light support for oxidative stress – not dramatic but noticeable in days when I feel “off”. No strange taste or after-effects, which I like. Overall it’s a reliable addition.
This remedy is great as an adaptogen and antioxidant. My first choice.
I've read that S.O.D. supplements can help protect free radicals from causing cellular damage, especially if you have certain genes affecting how you metabolize these free radicals. I have chronic fatigue caused by CIRS and have found this supplement to be one of the tools in my toolbox that I take daily for helping with fatigue.
