I ordered this supplement after being diagnosed with osteoporosis eight months ago. I focused on organic ingredients such as Calcium Citrate, Calcium Amino Acid Chelate Complex, and Magnesium Citrate, Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate Complex because they offer enhanced absorption, which is important at my age of over sixty. The supplement also contains zinc to support a healthy immune system. The large package size of up to 250 caps is really cost-effective per serving for me. After taking four capsules daily as suggested for two months, I've observed significant improvements in my fingernails and toenails as they are harder and appear smoother. I plan to undergo osteoporosis diagnostics after six months of using this product to check whether if it is really effective.

This one is okay for short term but watch out for copper deficiency caused by higher zinc levels in this. Better to use only cal-mag composition for long term.

I’ve been taking Solaray Calcium Magnesium Zinc for a few weeks, and overall I think it’s a good product. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that they’re vegetarian. I mainly take them to support my bones and overall health, and I do feel a bit more balanced and less tired during the day. However, the capsules are a bit large, so sometimes I take them with plenty of water or after a meal to make it easier. I also wish the bottle mentioned the best time of day to take them. Still, I appreciate that it combines three important minerals in one supplement, is convenient, and saves time.

This is a good way to get more of these 3 essential minerals. The capules are easy to swallow. I also take CalMag Zinc in tablet form- but tablets have a disadvantage for me. Tablets tend to be hard to swallow . They are hard as stone but this is just my personal feeling and preference.

Good quality, the ingredients are reach, the calcium is good for the bones, the zinc and magnesium are good for sleeping and mood, nice packaging, a lot of benefits, no taste, good supplement if you want something to help your overall health and mood, it’s good combination better with food to avoid any nausea
