Pure essence! What else can I say! These have a good amount of magnesium (50%)! When looking for a good vitamin and mineral supplement make sure you have magnesium in them! Magnesium helps absorb all the nutrients that you eat! I take 3 a day! That's good for me! These are very good!

i've been using this multivitamin for around a year and the results are amazing; in term of mood,overall health,energy,immunity, and spare you bottles of different kinds for different purposes; this is definitely the best product i've ever used and i've used many; the tablets are a bit big,has a smell of medicine and may cause an unpleasant burping; a bit pricey but still superb product .. highly recommended.
These vitamins have an incredible amount of nutrients packed in them, and includes the proper supplements for men's health. It is a high quality product at a reasonable price. I take 2 instead of 4 daily as most vitamins are more than the RDI. I like that it's packaged in a dark brown y as glass bottle. It has prostate support ingredients in it.
