A numerous iherb's great product! Good for liver: my grandma has gallstones and liver stones, the liver aches frequently. While using this product 1 tbsp 3 times a day she has no discomfort. It is also good for intestine: its emtying becomes very easy without purgative effect. As for stomach: the heartburn passed by. I use it in salads, soups, cooked cereal, smoothies.

I take this with my vegetable soup, when there is no fat present, seems it digest and body uses a bit better, or simply I put into water, but I personally like it in more water, so that is why in soup. almost tasteless there. The benefit is noticeable, so I trust the quality. Size of the granules is small, just like some coca granulate poweder. Nice.

I've been taking this product for several months and can tell a big difference in my memory,also my renewal of my kidney and liver so it's convenient me being able to grab the 2 lb power for cheaper. also it's helping my gallstones to be reduced with time,I know longer have pain in stomach weekly now it's once in every 1month in a halve. so I do advice anyone to try this and it's not an overnight problem fixer so have patience and with in 6month to a year you'll see that difference please get the larger size Lecithin in coconut and pineapple powder. I love both quality and benefits as well as no tast to worry about with the sunflower dosage
Appreciate the quality and price point on this product. It is only available in the 2 lb now from iherb but I just keep the container in the fridge. I love that this product is available non gmo because the sunflower lecithin is so much more expensive. Like this item and recommend.
I've been researching ways to incorporate lecithin into my diet. Lecithin is a natural source of phosphatidylcholine, an important component of cell membranes. NOW Foods Lecithin Granules appealed to me because they're non-GMO and convenient to use. The granules can be easily mixed into drinks or sprinkled on food. They have a neutral taste, so they blend well with different foods and beverages. The resealable bag seems like a good size and should last a while.
