I’ve enjoyed taking this supplement as much as I did with Lecithin from Now Foods. It helped me to focus on work and studying better, when I felt like my head isn’t “fresh”. I’m satisfied with the quality, it had no smell or taste. The size of the capsules is quite big though, but it’s basically the same as other brands have.

Softgels are average size, very smooth, and no soy smell as well as no any taste. Noticeably better memory and focus. I am happy with the quality and ingredients despite the fact that I prefer sunflower lecithin. The dosage is also good, but I am taking 2 capsules as prescribed by my doctor.

I started taking lecithin primarily for brain support and liver health. After a few weeks I noticed slightly better concentration and less brain‑fog, which I appreciate. The capsules are easy enough to take, though I did experience mild digestive discomfort when I first increased the dose.
