I love this supplement as it has quality ingredients! I take this but also my cats take it from time to time to help with hairballs. It’s easy to open up the capsules and dump the content directly to their food and they don’t seem to mind it at all. One downside to this brand is the fact that they’re not third party tested, it would’ve been great if they were. The size of the capsule is good and easy to swallow

It is extracted by egg yolk, which is obviously different from sunflower lecithin. I feel that this one absorbs better, and it is not a soft capsule, so it is relatively not damp.

very good quality egg York ingredients. medium size capsules, and i prefer to open it up for the egg yorks powder inside, it taste slightly salty, and like dry egg York. i gv it to a friend who has rough face skin and swollen red eyes. along with some vitamins. but he only take this egg York lecithin, and in half a year his skin and eyes became fine
