Don't make the same mistake I did once. Granules is what you want if you're looking for that classic garlic powder you once found in the pizza parlor! Once I ordered literal garlic powder, and, well, I got powder. The consistency reminded me of tapioca powder. Stick with these granules and you won't be disappointed.
This granulated garlic is fantastic. When I opened the package the aroma of fresh garlic really hits you. I have always bought the packaged garlic granules at my supermarket but I will never do so again. The difference between the two as far as the aroma and taste is like night and day
this garlic has a lovely flavor, not powdery, a light not overpowering flavor. I always buy in bulk because it is cheaper than buying small containers. This has a great shelf life . I have no complaints about this garlic
This is very good product ; smell and taste great , the quality is very good ; the size of the package is very good ; I wish the package has a zip seal easier to open and close. Overall, I will purchase again.
I like the granulation, and there is a lot of product. This being said, I did not noticed that it is not organic, as I would have not purchased. If you are ok with that, go ahead and order, you will not be disappointed. Frontier Co-op is a very good & trustworthy brand.

I bought a big package of granulated garlic as I use it nearly in everything I cook. Don't like fresh garlic because of its scent and flavour but adore garlic granules. Will definitely buy many many times
