Bromelain, 500 mg, 60 Veg Capsules

Great product for reducing inflammation. I was in a major car accident last year. Systemic inflammation from all the injuries has been an ongoing problem. It's now over a year and I am sick of swollen ankles and hands, and constant pain. Taking NOW FOOD Bromelain has dramatically, and almost instantly, reduced the swelling and the pain. I wish l'd known about it before.

I’ve tried a few brands of these this one’s my favorite. I love the size of the bottle. These pills are a little on the larger size, but easy to swallow still. There’s no weird aftertaste and they seem to be doing their job for what I need them to do. This will be our third month on them and I’m ordering another bottle right now.

I wanted to try this supplement to help with joint pain. The size of the capsule is medium but manageable to swallow and the one pill dosage is a plus. It doesn't have a taste or smell which is also good. I hope to see the benefits of this as time goes by.

honestly, somtimes I just dont think I get enough from my diet, and feel like I need a little boost of a good supplement. I feel like this one is really good one and really important. the quality of the ingredients is great, and so is the size if the package. could really feel the benefits of it.

I’ll be completely honest and say I have no idea what exactly this helps with lolll. So I can’t really speak of any benefits. I will say, it feels “rich” in quality. It’s a rather size pill, be mindful. I should probably research the benefits further though. Has no taste.
