Calcium is very important for aging people. Actually good for all people as well. I took this product for sometimes and it's okay. But this size of the coated caplet is a bit big.
good quality, i use four pills a day, my issue is that the pills size is huge and it is sometimes hard to swallow, i tend to break each pill to two pieces in order to swallow easier, it's not my first time having this and i have noticed improved calcuim levels , by the way i am in my thirties.
