For instant potato flakes the quality wasn’t bad. The ingredients were straight forward and nothing weird hidden. They tasted pretty good- I used some more fresh garlic and chives to liven it up. It’s about enough for 3 adult portions, 4 portions if it’s a small side add-on.

Edward & his sons deliver with these mashed potatoes. I didn't even use any milk. I knew it would be just fine without, just like with Mac & Cheese. I just add more butter. Subtle hint of garlic. It doesn't taste like it was made with potato flakes.

To be honest, I never tried potato flakes from a bag. I ordered this for my daughter who doesn't want to take the time to peel, cut, and boil potatoes. I was really surprised of how good they came out! She added sea salt, butter, and unflavored almond milk. If it happens to sit too long on the stove, just add a splash more of almond milk and warm up. Delicious!

Organic and no added nonsense ingredients! Great tasting I use organic olive oil that I add to the boiling water and then I follow directions Yeah, I have to also sometimes add a little more water and olive oil at the end so potatoes are smooth
