We usually use it on busy weeknights when everyone is tired and hungry, and we need something warm and comforting fast. Sometimes we take it on short trips or keep a pack at our summer house because the size is so convenient and easy to store. It’s also great as a quick side dish when we grill chicken or fish, or even as a base for shepherd’s pie when we don’t have time to boil and mash potatoes from scratch. What we really appreciate is the quality. The texture comes out smooth and fluffy and the taste is surprisingly natural for an instant product. It doesn’t have that artificial flavor some other brands do. You can actually taste the potatoes. We also like that it’s organic — for our family, health is important, especially when it comes to everyday food. It feels good to serve something simple and clean without extra unnecessary ingredients. Another big plus is the portion size. The 100 g pack is just right for our family dinner — not too much, not too little. There’s very little waste, which we love. Of course it’s not exactly the same as homemade mashed potatoes made from fresh potatoes with butter and cream. If you’re expecting that rich, from-scratch taste, you’ll notice a difference. Also you need to stir it well to avoid small lumps. But considering how quick and easy it is, these are small compromises.

Good quality and ingredients best of all its organic no artificial flavors no preservatives , on my busy days it takes few min to make, i use it on side with my main meal roasted chicken or a stake, it comes in good size package. These are the only brand of potato flakes I have ever tried, but they are not bad. I add extra butter and salt, and always have gravy. My teenage son likes them, so I keep them on hand. I don't always have the time to make homemade mashed potatoes, and sometimes he wants to make them as a side. Great to have on hand since I purchase a lot of organics

I bought this mashed potato mix mainly for emergencies. I keep a certain level of supplies in my home just in case something happens, and this is a super convenient way of stocking some mashed potatoes. I absolutely love the fact the that this mix contains minimal ingredients, unlike the regular brands that contain lots of chemicals and unhealthy fats, which actually make the mix go bad faster. When I received these, they had a shelf life of one year from when I purchased them, which is great! This makes tastes delicious, but adding some butter definitely makes it better! The size of the package is perfect for my husband and I to share. I highly recommend this product, it is made with high quality organic ingredients!

Nothing special, it's your average instant mashed potato that asks for hot water, "milk" and "butter". Pros: Gluten Free Organic Vegan (as packaged) Simple ingredients (potato flakes, onion powder, sea salt, black pepper) Cons: While you could add just hot water, it does tell you to add your own choice of milk and butter.
When I’m too lazy to cook for my kid I just use this with butter and boiling water, with some cheese sprinkles, the taste is great and ingredients are simple and of good quality. Overall good price especially when it’s organic. Can be kept for quite some time
