Yes, I have only been taking this product for 3 days but i have noticed a difference and I like it. So far yep this is one of my favourites, I need to spend some more time figuring out what exactly its changing, but so far it just seems my energy has become more normal, more in the mornings and v tiredin the evenings, before i was tired and wired with palpitations. So that has helped. Im still trying to figure out if its affecting my mood. So far I dont think it is. I am going to drop the progesterone i think becasue its not working and just use this.

It's hard to tell the benefit of it as I have been taking it for only 3 months, only 1 capsule par day. Maybe I should take 3 times daily to see the benefit. I didn't catch a cold this winter, however. I'm curious if I can see any change of my body and conditions, so, l'll order again and continue taking it.
