Started taking this because SOD is supposedly good for maintaining heart and artery flexibility. Can't say it does that, but it reduced the lines on my forehead and I sunburn far less easily. That's enough for me to keep taking it. Doesn't seem to have any negative side effects.
SOD, accordingly, is the best free radicals eraser, maintaining a metabolic balance in the body. I have had itchy skin and scratches all the time for the whole month. Now, the situation has 50% improved.
It really helped my stomach problem but over time caused another problem so I stopped taking. Turns out carboxymethylcellulose negatively alters gut micro biome :(
