It’s really good for detoxing your body, heavy metals from all the bad stuff we eat, especially that I follow hollistic health now. However be aware, that it’s a binder, u need to have your pathways open before detox as that caused me to crash.. when I didn’t know. Also drink lots of water when taking it, when I crashed, I got dehydrated.

I love how well packaged this is - in a zipper bag so it stays fresh. I've been taking it for extra energy and a little detoxing and I think it works well for that. The taste is a tiny bit ocean-like, but the tablets are really small and easy to take.

I like that this Sun Chlorella seemed to be the most pure with the cleanest ingredients. It helps to detox and this is always healthy to do yearly. Also add cilantro to the diet.

It's chlorella vulgaris, which isn't the best kind, and it contains sunflower lectin (from memory), but other than that, it's a fresh and trustworthy source of chlorella. Tablets are convenient for travel.
